The purpose of this page is to keep our community up-to-date with the latest news regarding our Agency and how we can continue to assist you during this health crisis.

**Free Wi-Fi Now Available**

In an effort to serve the public as efficiently as possible, our Agency parking lot now has free Wi-Fi capabilities.  Once parked, search OhioMeansJobs to connect.  No password required.  Wi-Fi will be available Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.

OhioMeansJobs Allen County is now open by appointment ONLY.  We can still assist you over the phone or by email.  To schedule an appointment, please call 419-999-0360.  Our Job and Family Services lobby is still closed to the public.  We will continue to assist you over the phone or by email.

The agency is not closed, just our lobby.  If you have any questions, please use the contact information below to reach us.  Our Agency will operate our usual business hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.

PRC – RESPONSE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

If you have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, please click here to complete an application.  Completed applications can be sent via email or send picture of completed applications to omjallen@jfs.ohio.gov.  If you need assistance signing your document electronically, please use the links below.  To qualify you must live and work in Allen County with a child 18 years or younger in the home.   With the money that was available through Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, also known as TANF, 477 individuals have been approved as of 5/7/2020.

UPDATE as of 4/10/2020: IMPORTANT UPDATE! We have exhausted all additional funding to support individuals financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

UPDATE as of 4/9/2020:With the generosity from Superior Federal Credit Union’s Superior Foundation Board, they have given an additional $50,000 to help support individuals financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  With this additional money, we will be able to assist 200 more individuals with $250.00 stipends.  If you have already been approved or have received a PRC Response Assistance Program stipend during this health crisis, you will not be eligible for additional funds.  Please click here to complete an application.  Completed applications can be sent via email or send picture of completed application to omjallen@jfs.ohio.gov.  For questions, please direct all calls to 419-999-0360.

UPDATE as of 4/2/2020:We have exhausted all funding available. Stay tuned, if additional funding becomes available we will inform the public.
