Youth Is Ready to Work
The first step is to identify the intern you'd like to work with. Our internships are funded through our youth program, which serves young adults ages 18 to 24. If you need help finding a suitable candidate, contact us and we'll assist you in your search.
After you have found an intern, contact us and we will take it from there! We will do all prescreening paperwork and processes to ensure eligibility. Once we have received all of the necessary information from the intern, we will contact you to proceed.
Once we connect you with an intern, they will be available for up to six months, working up to 40 hours per week through our program. As the employer, you set the intern's hourly wage. At the end of the internship, if the intern is a good fit and a position is available, it is entirely your discretion whether to hire them.
How can we assist you and your intern?
Pay
We provide funding for eligible interns for up to six months, with a work schedule of up to 40 hours per week. While we cover the intern's pay, you determine the appropriate wage for your intern.
Resources
Our career consultants provide your intern with necessary resources, coaching tips, and regular communication through the internship.
Insurance
During the internship period, we will provide liability insurance to cover your intern. If they are injured during their internship with you, we will cover worker's compensation for the incident.
Supportive Services
We offer supportive services for your intern throughout their internship, including transportation assistance and up to $200 in reimbursement for work apparel.
