    Find An Applicant

    The first step in this process would be to find the intern you would like to work with. The individual must be at least 18 years of age, but no older than 24. If you need assistance searching for an intern, please contact us and we can help you with your search.

    After you have found an intern, contact us and we will take it from there! We will do all prescreening paperwork and processes to ensure eligibility. Once we have received all of the necessary information from the intern, we will contact you to proceed.

    Youth Is Ready To Work

    Once we contact you, your intern will be available to you for an 8-week period with up to 40-hours per week under our program. As the Employer, you can decide what the hourly wage will be for your intern. When the 8-week period is completed, if the intern was a good fit for your business and if there is an opening, it is at the Employers’ discretion to either hire the intern or not.

We provide payment for eligible interns for 8 weeks with the intern working up to 40 hours per week. While we provide the pay, you are able to work with us in deciding what a good wage would be for your intern.

During the internship period, we will
provide liability insurance to cover your intern. If they are injured during their internship with you, we will cover worker’s compensation for the incident.

Our career consultants provide your intern with necessary resources, coaching tips and regular communication through the internship. This will also facilitate accountability for the intern.

Supportive Services

We offer supportive services for your intern during their 8-week internship. These supportive services include transportation provision and up to $200 reimbursement for work apparel.
