OhioMeansJobs Allen County has a number of programs to help youth and young adults ages 14-24 who live or work in Allen County become self-sufficient, successful adults.

Our Youth Programs help participants gain the skills, training, and education needed to follow their dreams. Through OhioMeansJobs Allen County, those eligible for the Youth Programs can receive assistance and guidance they need. While we are able to help those as young as 14 years old, most services are geared towards helping young adults, ages 18 to 24 years old, transition into adulthood.
In Ohio, youth services are provided under the umbrella of the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) which includes the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Youth Programs.
